Who we are
A quiet membership for travellers who'd rather not notice the airport.
Smooth Depart was started by a handful of operators and frequent flyers who'd grown tired of the same airport script: arrive early, queue twice, hope the gate doesn't change. We rebuilt the membership idea around a calmer brief — get our members from kerb to lounge before the espresso is finished.
Operated from Nicosia by ELGINEON LTD, we work directly with ground handlers, lounge operators and security partners across more than forty countries.
We don't sell flights, we don't sell hotels — we focus on the hour or two that sits between them, and we hand that hour back.
Independently owned. No carrier, alliance or investor sets our roadmap. Members do — through what they renew for, and what they ask us to add next.
